Juniperus Med. "Mint Julep"

Juniperus sabina 'Mint Julep', often referred to as Juniperus media 'Mint Julep', is a medium-sized evergreen conifer with a distinctive arching, vase-like growth habit and rich, minty green foliage. It typically grows 1–1.5 meters tall and spreads 1.5–2 meters wide, forming a dense, rounded mound that provides excellent texture and structure to the landscape.

Its bright green, fine-textured foliage keeps its color beautifully throughout the year and becomes even more vibrant in spring. The branches grow in an upward, arching fashion, giving the plant a soft, flowing appearance that contrasts well with both upright and ground-hugging plants.

‘Mint Julep’ is highly versatile and adapts well to various soil types as long as they are well-drained. It thrives in full sun, tolerates drought once established, and is resistant to deer, pests, and air pollution. Minimal pruning is needed to maintain its form, making it ideal for low-maintenance gardens.

Perfect for use as a foundation shrub, in borders, mass plantings, or even informal hedges, Juniperus 'Mint Julep' adds lasting elegance and greenery to any garden design.
